We offer a broad range of financing solutions to affordable multifamily owners and developers. Loans range from $3 million to $300 million. We have valued relationships with large property management and development firms, as well as with selected nonprofit housing organizations and public housing authorities.

We are a licensed Fannie Mae DUS™ lender, a Freddie Mac Program Plus™ seller/servicer, and a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) approved lender. Hunt’s lending professionals bring years of experience and provide you with centralized negotiation, coordination, and pricing through long-standing relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.

Hunt Mortgage Group also provides proprietary permanent and bridge financing for multifamily properties. Our proprietary lending programs offer nonrecourse, first mortgage financing for the acquisition or refinancing of stabilized multifamily properties, as well as bridge financing for prestabilization multifamily properties expected to meet permanent financing criteria within 36 months of closing.

  • Federal Housing Administration (FHA) ProductsMultifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) is a national fast-track processing system for the FHA multifamily mortgage insurance programs. As an approved FHA MAP lender, Hunt Mortgage Group is responsible for preparation of most documents required for an application for mortgage insurance and for making a recommendation to the HUD field offices based upon Hunt Mortgage Group’s processing and underwriting.
